Elation Brewing will be a new Craft Brewery in Norfolk on Colley Ave.. The building is the site of a 1947 grocery store. The unique architectural character of this building with it's long span bow-sting trusses will set this brewery apart in Norfolk.
The building renovation will include restoration of the glass in the exterior to be like the original grocery store, yet with a modern flare.
Renovation and expansion or a very large deck in Norfolk. The project will include integrated low voltage and solar lighting, stainless steel wire rope rails and a built-in grill area.
Expected completion in 7/2017.
New 2-car garage built to hold a large wood working shop and studio. Outfitted with 220v power, 9'x9' roll-up doors, multiple windows in the upper areas and 10' clear to the bottom of the trusses. The placement of this building was crucial as it was right on the edge of the Chesapeake Bay wetlands protection zone.

Zoey has an awesome tree! The design was based on the fact that Zoey wants to be on top of the adjacent cabinetry in the mornings. This tree, made of a fallen tree from the yard, gives Zoey many options for cat naps and sharpening those nails as well as a location for food and water.

Complete renovation of the second oldest building on Longwood's campus. The roof and entire interior including a swimming pool were removed and an entire new steel structure and interior was installed while 5-stories of the brick walls were held in place by a complicated steel frame.
Current uses: Information Technology, Campus radio station, Television and multimedia spaces, individual studios, The IT Help Desk and Back-up Data Center.
